GemaGrid
GemaGrid is designed as a two-component system and comprises primary and secondary profiles. The primary profile (U-profile) is system-independent and a permanent component of the suspension system for every Armstrong metal ceiling. This means that the same profile can be used for every ceiling system offered by Armstrong. The secondary profile is then matched to the respective ceiling system being used. Together with the cross-shaped grid of permanently-linked primary profiles, they form the GemaGrid.
The GemaGrid offers a whole series of advantages:
- Universal, system-independent use, thanks to an identical basic structure
- Modular design comprising only a few different fixings
- Rapid installation thanks to push- and clip-fit connections
- Large and variable suspension spans (bore hole spacing). This results in a significant reduction in metal dowel and threaded rod usage, which in turn generates cost and time savings.
- Extremely simple and rapid installation and disassembly
- Time savings when measuring up
- Simple inventory management thanks to the small number of system components
- Thoroughly and comprehensively tested for safe usage
- Held in permanent stock for short delivery times
