Quality
An unambiguous yes to a quality culture that is also put into practice. From the initial customer contact through to after-sales customer support. From innovative development through to perfect production. The yardstick for our ongoing quality endeavours is the large number of satisfied Armstrong customers. The Armstrong Quality and Environmental Policy defines and stipulates our fundamental commercial approach. We have been certified according to the ISO 9001 quality management standard since 2000.

Quality at Armstrong Metal Ceilings means the fulfillment of all the needs of our customers. Our aim is to offer flawless, marketable products by employing creativity and innovativeness, embracing well-qualified and competent employees at all levels, and by constantly striving to use leading-edge technologies.
Clients of our ceiling group include architects, general contractors, installation companies and construction financiers at home and abroad. These demand the provision of impeccable market performance from us in respect of prices, deadline compliance, quality, function, aesthetics, consultancy and service.
Products of our ceiling group are more than merely a means to demarcate space. They provide for optimal room acoustics while accommodating all manner of design and functional customer requests. We place great store in the perfect integration of light, ventilation, ambient temperature, fire protection etc.
Environment The environment is a very important subject for our metal ceiling group. We have paid heed to this principle, as well as the guidelines of ISO 14001, for over seven years now.

Safety
The subject of safety assumes a very high priority at Armstrong. It is a topic that embraces various aspects. The most important of these being the safety of our employees in their daily work. It is something that you as our customer also benefit from. If no accidents occur in our plants, then there will also be no employee absences, in turn ensuring that you receive your goods punctually. This is only a small part of our safety concept.

TAIM standards
The technical working group of the Technical Association of Industrial Metal Ceiling Manufacturers (TAIM) is a "quality association" of leading European metal ceiling manufacturers who see themselves as partners and mediators between construction financiers, project planners, manufacturers and the construction companies. The objective for all its members is the maintenance of modern quality norms and safety standards for metal ceilings, and the standardization of these within Europe. This creates safety for everyone involved.
The Armstrong Metal Ceilings Group is a member of TAIM. Every member fulfils the required quality standards. Quality assurance for materials, tolerances and surfaces is ensured by uniform measurement methods.
